Hey, sorry I can't. Shin Tanaka has copyright laws on his templates. You'll have to get permission from him.. I understand that he's quite selective with who he does collaborations with so if you've already asked and he said no i really can't do anything about it. There are other downloadable templates though.. it's here: [link]
